Our Liquid :
Neem based herbal liquid for descaling and anti scaling purposes. It is neutral liquid. Our liquid chelates (in exact chemical terms) the dissolved material into suspended as well as undissolved matter.
Anti Scalent and Descalent :
Our liquid attacks the scaling materials in dissolved stage into undissolved stage . These materials will be in suspended as well as precipitate stage. These materials will not stick to the equipment as scales.
This is Anti Scalent :
Scales are made of ionic material. Our liquid attacks ionic material and make into non ionic in nature. When a small portion is dragged from the surface of the scale, then there will be a space called porous. Any liquid will penetrate into these porous. Like that our liquid will also go and drag out the ionic material and make into non ionic in nature (ie) suspended as well as precipitate stage. These materials will not stick to the surface. Through porous our liquid will seep through between the body of the equipment and the scale. The scale will lose its gripe with body. The mechanical impact inside the equipment will remove the scales in insoluble form. This will be removed by blow down. (Descalent). Our liquid is very safe and not reacting with the scale and the equipment metals.
Anti Rusting :
Rust is forming on the surface of Iron metal with the help of dissolved oxygen in water . If we remove oxygen from water, there will not be any possibility of forming. Any organic matter in water will reduce oxygen in water to other form of oxides like nitrogen dioxide, sulphurdioxide carbon dioxide etc. which will not able to activate the rust formation.
Our liquid is organic in nature from plants will reduce the dissolved oxygen in water and thus prevent rust formation.
DE Rusting :
Like in the case of scales mentioned above rust is also ionic in nature . So our liquid will remove rust from the system in insoluble condition.
Antibacterial, Antifungal, Anti Algae :
Neem has inherited quality of cut down the food chain of bacteria by converting the dissolved matters into insoluble matter. Any system in the universe should assimilate food in ionic condition. Since Neem makes the material into non ionic, the bacterial system has to excrete acid from its own body by breaking their body. Once it breaks ultimately it will die. Hence the bacterial system will be disturbed. In this way our liquid is acting as antibacterial, anti fungal, anti algae.
Our liquid is the only one replaces all conventional chemicals used presently in the systems. This is eco friendly and easily be handled without fear of harming the human body or health.
In your Waste water treatment our liquid replaces the dosage of Ferric Alum, hydrated Lime and poly electrolyte. This helps to reduce the sludge quantity generated in your present treatment. Also the load on your Reverse Osmosis membrane by Ferric alum, hydrated lime particles will be reduced to great extend. This helps to get more treated water and less rejected water from R/O system. The descaling of membrane, treatment with anti algae of membrane will be avoided. This enhances the life of the membrane.
The sludge formation from your waste water treatment will be what you are sending from your production. Approximately 1/5th of the sludge you are getting in your present treatment system.
Storage space of the sludge will be less and purification will be avoided for a good period.
