Cooling Towers : In cooling towers our liquid removes scales in the insoluble condition. it will not allow scales to redissolve in the water. separated scales will be removed by physical/by mud pump without blow downing the water. New scales will not be allowed to form,as it has powerful chelating properties. water treatment companies had established he blow down mark at 3500 ppm .above this limits the water has to be blow down. But the blow down quantity will be maximum 1% of the capacity of equipment. rest ot 99% will have same tds and during evaporation TDS will be increased, forming scales. so blow down concept is not assisting to reduce scale formation. In chemical treatment blow down is must and frequencies will increase. in our herbal liquid no need of blow down water from cooling tower system. this we had proved even in power plant where the evaporation is high.

Elimination of Capital Equipments : Since our liquid chelates all TDS material into insoluble one ,which will deposit at the bottom of the cooling towers,boiler etc,raw water can be used directly in the system with our herbal liquid treatment. This avoids the cost equipment, recurring expenditure, waste water generation from the system, treatment cost of waste water, recycling cost. In boilers our treatment will reduce maximum number of blow downs. even at high pressure or high capacity boilers maximum blow down can be three per day. fuel consumption will be reduced minimum of 5% from the present condition. we had achieved to the tune of 20% in fuel saving. Evaporators : In evaporators scales have been removed from the system as insoluble solids. this can be removed along with concentrated liquids with solids. Efficiency of evaporators will be enhances and intake of make up will be increased. Our liquid will not affect the metal since it is purely eco friendly.

- Precaution should be taken for handling, storing, and disposal.
- More hazardous materials have to be handled.
- Govt licenses should be applied for storing, handling etc.
